| The SDFC Cares program provides financial assistance to individuals and their families to cover
essential needs and out-of-pocket medical expenses. All requests will be considered with the
understanding that every effort will be made to secure available community resources and exhaust
other avenues for funding. Completion of an online SDFC Cares application and submission of receipts
