Become an SDFC Family Member

SDFC believes that to maximize the organization’s contribution potential, its fundraising channels, techniques, and events must evolve with the times. That is why earlier this year, SDFC formed the Family Member Program. The crux of the Program is twofold: (i) to create an expanding and sustainable member base that feeds into a perpetual Board of Directors succession plan; and (ii) to provide an environment that promotes creativity and innovative fundraising concepts that keep the Board, volunteers, donors, and sponsors actively engaged.

To accomplish this, we are inviting anyone that supports SDFC’s mission to join as a Family Member. As a Family Member, you decide your level of involvement: attend an event as a participant, become an event volunteer, pitch ideas for new fundraising events, or network with potential patient referral sources. These are just a few of the many ways you can get involved. To join, we ask for a donation of $30 or more. In exchange, you will receive an “SDFC Family Member” shirt, wristband, and personalized certificate acknowledging your Family Member status.
